Supporting non-profit innovation.

Approach

Our mission is to foster non-profit innovation in Canada through catalytic grant-making, prioritizing pilot projects that push boundaries and uncover new ways of achieving impact.

Areas of Focus

Leadership Development

We fund initiatives that foster leadership skills in girls and teens, with a focus on building confidence, collaboration, problem-solving, and creativity. We are particularly interested in forward-thinking strategies that inspire and support the next generation of leaders, especially those from diverse backgrounds.

Community Resilience

We fund initiatives that strengthen communities, with a priority on projects that enhance resilience, empower individuals with critical skills and knowledge, and establish sustainable systems to address the impacts of extreme heat, wildfires, storms, floods, and other climate-related crises.
