Supporting non-profit innovation.

Approach

We provide catalytic micro-grants that create space for innovative ideas to emerge. We prioritize pilot projects that uncover new ways to achieve impact.

Areas of Focus

Leadership Development

We fund initiatives that foster leadership skills in girls and teens, with a focus on building confidence, collaboration, problem-solving, and creativity. We are particularly interested in forward-thinking strategies that inspire and support the next generation of leaders, especially those from diverse backgrounds.

Community Resilience

We fund initiatives that strengthen communities, with a priority on projects that enhance resilience, empower individuals with critical skills and knowledge, and establish sustainable systems to address the impacts of extreme heat, wildfires, storms, floods, and other climate-related crises.
